[previous: Simulation] [next: Budget]
The schedule for the spring quarter is shown in Figure 12. This schedule leaves about one week of cushion just before the SEED show for additional debugging time as needed. Several of the tasks have definite dependencies on other tasks, and are shown by the interconnecting arrows in Figure 12.
Further references, including weekly progress memos as they become available can be found on the team's Website (http://www.edurant.com/msoe/seed/). Excerpts from the Website are included in Appendix B.
Figure 12: Spring Implementation Plan
The milestone for ordering all parts should be able to be met excluding such parts as the case and labeling which will be defined later. Several of the tasks are overlapping and will be handled by different members of the design team as the need arises. Actual manpower allocations will break down into Jason and Charley working on the supply section, while Bill and Eric work on the processor and interface. Some of the smaller sections will be handled on an as needed basis by an individual who has the time to do so. If at all possible, tasks will be completed ahead of schedule to allow for more debugging time, testing, and calibration.
